It features 4 perfectly formed staggered drainage eyes. Mucous formation can often lead to blockage of the drainage eyes in these reconstructions. If one eye becomes blocked three remain clear leading to improved drainage and reduced infections. The OptiSmooth Mitro is a cost effective product competitively priced for the NHS.
